Shipping policy

All orders are typically shipped within 2 - 4 business days. Shipments are processed Monday - Friday. Any orders falling on a stat holiday will be processed the following business day. A shipping notification will be sent to you once your item has shipped. Unless otherwise noted, we will contact you if there is a delay in shipping due to backordered items. 

How much does shipping cost ?
We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $35 shipping anywhere within Canada and the contiguous United States. Orders below $35 as well as International orders are automatically calculated at checkout. 

What shipping service do you use and how long will it take for my order to arrive?
CANADA
Canada Post Lettermail: approx. 5 - 7 business days for delivery. Please note there is no tracking number available for this option. Larger orders over $50 in value will be shipped with Canada Post Parcel and includes tracking.

USA
United States Postal Service: approx. 5 - 8 business days for delivery. Includes tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL
Asendia USA: approx. 9 - 21 business days for delivery (although dependent on destination country). Includes tracking number.

Customs, taxes and duties
Please note that shipped orders may be subject to international customs, duties and/or taxes. Processing by international customs may add a few days to your shipping time, and will vary for each country. Customs and duties are put forth by a buyer's country and in no way affiliated with the seller. Seller is not responsible for any duty fees or taxes of shipped items.
